Seeing my grandpa at the nursing home as of right now.

It’s hitting me harder than I thought. He has Alzheimer’s, and he’s lost nearly all of his memory. the last time I was here was around 2004 and he was getting to the point of not knowing anybody.

I’m crying, but I know he’ll be okay in the end.

Family reunion went pretty well, other than that…might be traveling to Estes Park tomorrow for some shopping. (:

Colorful Colorado

Came into Colorado around 7 a.m. Should’ve been in around 10 last night but due to weather and some unforeseen problems, the trip lasted 13 hours instead of 8.

Tomorrow is my family reunion with people I haven’t seen in a while. Should be pretty interesting.

Holed up in Hays for the night, thundering and lightening. Scary.

This is Cody, he is my wonderful boyfriend. He has made my life amazing. We met sophomore year in high school and got together senior year. In more ways than one, he is just perfect. And I can’t wait to be with him forever. :)
